Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our Services. Specifically, you must not attempt to:

Security Violations

• Breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures
• Access non-public areas of the Service or areas you haven't been invited to
• Access In The Loop's or our providers' computer systems without authorization

Harmful Activities

• Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network
• Send viruses, overload, flood, spam, or mail-bomb any part of the Services
• Plant malware or use the Services to distribute malware
• Harm or threaten to harm other users in any way

Unauthorized Access

• Access or search the Services except through our publicly supported interfaces
• Scrape or automatically extract data from the Services
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer our software

Prohibited Content

• Send unsolicited communications, promotions, or spam
• Publish fraudulent, misleading content or content infringing others' rights
• Promote products or services without appropriate authorization
• Publish unlawfully pornographic, indecent materials
• Advocate bigotry, religious, racial, or ethnic hatred

Other Violations

• Violate the law, privacy of others, or defame others
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Provide payment information belonging to a third party
• Use the Service contrary to its intended use or our reasonable instructions

Usage Evaluation

We evaluate your usage compared to typical levels of other users. Based on this evaluation, we may determine that abnormal or unreasonable usage is occurring.

We understand your use may be irregular and will review your usage accordingly, considering patterns over time rather than isolated spikes.

What Happens If There's an Issue

If we determine your use is abnormal or unreasonable:

• We'll contact you at your account email to inform you
• We may give you the opportunity to correct your usage
• We may offer you a different subscription plan
• We reserve the right to suspend or close your account immediately
